MCGM will meet on November 6th, 2010, at Chicago Monthly Meeting’s meetinghouse, 108th Street and Artesian.

We will begin gathering for coffee and fellowship 8:30 - 9:15 AM, followed by worship 9:15 to 9:45.

Follow up:

Meeting for worship with attention to business 9:45 to approximately 11:15, followed by lunch.

Our afternoon session will be Prayer of the World: Awakening to Our Kinship, Concern and Care for the Living Earth–A Meeting for Worship in Poetry, Photography, Music and Shared Discovery.

Offered by Ken and Maia Tapp, photographer and poet from Beloit Monthly Meeting, and Carolyn and Roy Treadway, environmental activists with Al Gore’s Climate Project and Quaker Earthcare Witness from Bloomington-Normal Monthly Meeting; with eldering support from Katharine Jacobsen, and music composed by Ken Jacobsen.
